Mrs. Roberta “Bert” Stoyak, 82, passed away on January 31, 2018 in Ocala, FL. she was born in Groton, CT on April, 17, 1935. She was retired from Palm Cay. She moved to this area in 1984 from Ft. Lauderdale. Roberta is predeceased by her husband John and four brothers: Johnny Korwek, Stanley Korwek, Robert Korwek and Frank Korwek. She is survived by a daughter Catherine Stoyak and Mike Leknes of Dunnellon, FL, John Stoyak Jr. and wife Elizabeth of Brandford, CT and daughter Lorrie Sabourin and husband Michael of Ocala, FL. Five grandchildren: James Adams Jr., Jacqualine Gargano, John Stoyak III, Nicole Campo and Stephanie Sabourin. Six great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. Also many nieces and nephews. She was a member of New Life Family Ministry of Ocala. Roberta’s church family was her life and she loved the Lord with all of her heart. She was a very giving person, was a humorist and made everybody laugh. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be given to Hospice of Marion County.
