Paul Francis Owens, age 69 died March 22 at the Ocala Regional Medical Center. Survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara, his children and there significant others - Colin and Jill (Santacroce), Lauren and John McGuffin, and Keith and Kristina (Zarrella), as well as his beloved grandchildren, Tyler, Cheyanne, Ashlee, Jesse, Zoe. Paul was one of eight children of Edward and Catherine (Flaherty), and had six brothers - Eddie, Tom, Joseph, Bobby, and Richard, and two sisters, Mary Anne and Kathy and had numerous nephews, nieces, grand nephews and grand nieces. Before retiring, Paul had worked as a Construction Manager for Bechtel, having overseen projects in Iraq, China, and throughout the United States. A memorial service to be held at a date, time and place in Middletown, MD, to be announced later.
